General Election: November, 2010.
The next regularly scheduled election for all voters in California is November 2, 2010.
It is the general election for California executive offices and state and federal legislative offices and propositions. Some counties will have local offices on the ballot. See State of California's Official Voter Information Guide).
Registering to Vote
To vote in the November, 2010 election, you must register to vote by October 18, 2010 (15 days in advance of the election date).
A person is entitled to register to vote in Stanislaus County if they are:
- A U.S. citizen
- A resident of California
- A resident of Stanislaus County
- Not in prison or on parole for the conviction of a felony
- At least 18 years of age on the date of the election
Voters who have moved or changed their name can fill out new registration cards to update their information.
